I wanted to send an e mail to thank you for the excellent electrical service that I just had at my home in Wellesley, MA. Don was my electrician and I cannot say enough about his expertise, professionalism and overall politeness!

He (along with Chris and Brandon) made the installation of some exterior illumination easy on my family, our family dog and myself. In addition, the light fixtures that he chose were perfect for the house and the interior wiring appears to be perfect as well.

I would like to start by saying that it is very rare that I take the time to write an email regarding home services performed but this was once again an exception. This was the third time we have used Caron Electric and will continue to do so.

Perhaps the most important point that I would like to make is the exceptional job completed by your service electricians Don and Tim. They were professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and personable. Don in particular did a great job of managing the service and also made some wonderful fixture location suggestions that had me visiting my den twice last night admiring how great everything looked. I also loved the fact that my house looked exactly the same when your folks left as it did when they first arrived. I appreciated their attention to cleanliness and avoiding any possible damage. I find this personally to be very important.

In closing, I would just like to say to that you can't ever forget the value that people like Don and Tim bring to you organization. They are your true success.

This EMAIL is in praise of Seth and Brian the two technicians who worked on my house Thursday 12/09/04. I watched as they worked and was very impressed with their professionalism. They did not take any shortcuts, Seth was very meticulous about his work. He even took time to wipe down the PVC piping after he applied glue -something that other electricians have not done-, he measured and leveled everything rather than eyeball it as others I have seen do. They swept the area in my driveway where they were working, leaving that area cleaner than it was before they arrived. I believe I made the correct decision using Caron Electric, I feel very safe having Seth and Brian work on my house. Feel free to use me for reference.

Dear Caron:

Satisfied customer, work performed by Mike P. and Seth at 51 Candace in Waltham, 12/5-6 and 12/9-10.

Mike and Seth ran new circuits, updated the service line cabling, replaced a fuse box with circuit breaker, installed outside receptacles, and wired our garage for switch controlled lighting.

Both Mike and Seth were 100% professional, in the quality of work performed and in their interactions with us. In preparing the estimate and performing the work, Mike explained what was involved and offered options when appropriate. When they ran into an unexpected amount of brick around the base of our house, they informed us of the schedule impact and were able to stay on the revised schedule. The conversion to circuit breakers was completed by 3pm and we were not inconvenienced. They removed considerable amount of brick and other materials from the basement and cleaned up thoroughly.

Mike and Seth were all business, and they worked continuously from their arrival each day until the end of the workday, with a break for lunch. They were even careful about not letting our cat escape from the house. Beth tells me the inspector said he was impressed by the work. So are we. We will definitely request Mike and Seth the next time we need electrical work done.

A few weeks ago I had a major electrical problem at home that required immediate attention. One of the main outside wires going into the house was burnt, the electrical meter was partially melted, and crazy power outages were happening inside the house, with appliances turning on and off by themselves. I didn't know what was going on, and I was nervous about getting things resolved. Never having to call an electrician before, I looked in the phone book and called your company out of the blue. As promised by your dispatcher, an electrician arrived the next morning promptly at 8:30am. I was so relieved. I just want to know how pleased I was with your company's excellent and prompt service and let you know how impressed I was with the professionalism of the two employees Don M. and Kevin F. who did the work for me. Don handled my concerns and questions with ease and did an excellent job of explaining what the problems were and what parts were needed to fix them. As everyone knows, an addition can be a lot of headaches but I honestly have to say that I was extremely happy with both Maxwell in the office and Tim W. out in the field. I wanted to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with the service we received from Greg C. He was very pleasant and explained things clearly so that I was able to ask questions and make informed decisions. He thought out careful solutions to problems posed by our 1910 house. Dear Mr. Hager,

Today, Mike and Andy of your staff came to our home to deal with problems we were having with persistent and annoying blowouts we were having in the fuse box in our basement. We had our home built 40 years ago and recently started experiencing an unusual number of fuse problem that could not be solved by the simple replacement of a fuse.

After a thorough examination of the matter, they recommended that we convert to a circuit breaker system. Despite the high cost, we acquiesced, and they then spent many hours removing the fuse box and replacing it with a circuit breaker box. They also replaced burned out recessed ceiling fan, heater and light fixtures in two of our bathrooms. They also checked around the house so that we knew which circuit breakers corresponded to which specific rooms or areas.

Throughout the process, Mike and Andy were most polite and thoughtful, explaining each step they undertook. The result is highly satisfying. I am certain that you will hear from us again if we experience any other kind of electrical problem.
